From Dutchtown, in the City of St. Louis, the Neighborhood Innovation Center (NIC-STL) is a start. up social impact 501(3) non-profit for fostering innovation in place-based neighborhood businesses.

We accomplish this mission by collaborating with local, regional, and national partners in governments, non-profits, and private sector organizations. We also depend on donors, volunteers, and anyone who shares our passion for supporting America’s small businesses.
